Keep your users informed during outages with incident management.

Creating an Incident


  • Go to Incidents in the sidebar

  • Click New Incident

    • Set the severity (Minor, Major, Critical)

    • Write a title and initial update

      • Select affected monitors

      • Publish to your status page
      • Updating an Incident

        Add updates as the situation evolves:

        • Investigating: Initial acknowledgment

        • Identified: Root cause found

          • Monitoring: Fix deployed, watching

          • Resolved: Issue fixed
          • Auto-Incidents
